We never got the time to thank you for your professional restoration service when we had smoke damage throughout our home due to an accident a few months back.

You were there for us. You did not back away when we expressed that we had problems with the other restoration company properly finishing their work. You were amazing because what concerned you is that you were there to do the job right. That was a big deal to us, for that is all we asked. You took the time to explain the technical issues and shared your expertise why some areas would not clean-up. You were right on target with our wool rugs for they never looked better. Thanks.

What you may not know is that you were referred to us by one of our business friends. I cannot tell you how thankful we are for that referral.

These words are the utmost praise and tremendous gratitude for Sue Horton and her staff at Elite Cleaning and Restoration.

Our household was already challenged prior to the malfunctioning furnace sending a layer of black soot throughout our home.  My parents had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s therefore I chose to return home in order to care for and keep them in their own surroundings.  In search of a restoration company in this area, our insurance agency suggested several but the mention of Elite with Susan’s all female staff resonated with our situation plus their expertise.

Not only were they professional and meticulous but they were personable, polite and kind, qualities which are priceless when strangers enter one’s home to touch and restore every corner of your world.

As my own thank you to Elite, I had intended to prepare lunch for them on their last day.  However, the day before their last day, my father had a stroke here at home.  Sue and her staff dropped their chores to assist in our emergency with the ambulance, the EMT’s and disbelief.  Elite was ready to pack up and give us back our privacy but I requested that they stay to complete the job.  Susan immediately brought in more personnel and the job was completed that evening.  My father died en route to the hospital and in that moment that I shared the news with Sue and her staff, they shared their tears with me.

It is too rare when a company becomes a family member even for a day.

Dear Sue, Kim and the entire staff at Elite Cleaning & Restoration:

     I don’t know how to say thank you for all the help you gave us when we had the smoke damage to our home.  Your promptness was a Godsend. When the odor was so bad those first few days and you started the air purifier to get things going, it made it possible for us to stay in our home.

     I don’t know how I would have handled all the laundry and dry cleaning and house cleaning without you.  You came in and put my mind at ease, even with handling all the paper work with the insurance company.  Just talking to you ladies helped me to relax and know that the job, no matter how big, was going to be taken care of.

 I also want to let you know how wonderful your cleaning staff was. They worked so hard and did a wonderful job.  I tell all my friends how they cleaned every nook, cranny, and spice bottle in my house.  You have a great staff and they do Elite Cleaning justice; you should be proud.

  You came recommended by our insurance man Roger Weaver, and believe me; I will not have to think twice if someone asks me for a name of a reliable cleaning and restoration company.

Where do I begin to thank you for all the wonderful work you did for me? When this accident first happened I was overwhelmed with the thought of everything that had to be done. After our first phone conversation I was sure that I had chosen the right people for the job. Not only does my house look and feel clean again, it has a sparkle to it.
